Demographic and social change require a diversity-oriented organizational development of the federal administration to better reflect the existing diversity of society. DiBu scrutinizes the status quo of diversity at the Federal Ministry of Familiy also examining hurdles and structural barriers for people with experience of discrimination within the ministry. Based on this, recommendations for actions for a diversity strategyof the ministry will be developed. DiBu is a cooperation project between the German Center for Integration and Migration Research e.V. (DeZIM) and Citizens For Europe gUG (CFE). CFE implements the collection of anti-discrimination and equality data in the form of a quantitative employee survey.
